Short films between 1 minutes and 45 minutes, whether released on YouTube or not, are invited for the award.
The entry fee is Rs. 1000.

1. A person can submit more than one entry.
2. Google Drive or YouTube links can be sent.
3. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Entry fee payment details or a screenshot should be enclosed with the application.
